SPOUSE Stage 1
BundleModule 1 (Discovery) is an introduction to group work, story work, and your internal experience of discovery. Module 2 (Impact) will take you through a season of intentional grieving as you name your losses and identify post-traumatic growth.

SPOUSE Stage 2
BundleModule 3 (Family and Trauma) will guide you in an exploration of your past and how it has shaped you. Module 4 (Inner Dialogue) will introduce you to parts work and the role your parts play in your internal world. [Prerequisite: Completed Stage 1]
